Provincial Telecom Billing & Account System Structure Research

This text regard charging in the settlement center in Heilongjiang Province as example, provincial telecommunication systematic system structure is researched and designed.With more and more domestic and international telecommunication companies taking part in the business competition of the telecommunication trade the cost allocation way inside enterprises that settled account and adopted is transiting to settling the income between enterprises gradually. According to the analysis to telecommunication trade the development of "the whole province interconnection network account system" (Province Telecom Billing & Account) is in schedule of telecommunication enterprises.The overall program of Province Telecom Billing & Account is designed based on the analysis of the users' demand. The interface request between the systems is also put forward in this paper. Performance indexes of the environments, such as the software of the system, hardware platform, storing, are also analyzed, and the detailed technological scheme is made.
