Research Of Encoding And Decoding For 2D Bar Code

Designing the creation and recognition system of two-dimensional bar code is the aim of this project. So the content of this project includes the design of creation and recognition .The creation system completes the process from the input data to two-dimensional bar code, and the recognition system completes the process of translating two-dimensional bar code to relevant information.In the creating two-dimensional bar code phase, this project provides a new kind of method on the basis of PDF417 and names it as PDF417C. It is the research object of this project.The design process of implanting system of PDF417C code uses the new encoding method, and it realizes the process from the input data to the relevant PDF417C code.The design process of recognizing system of PDF417C code includes two parts. The first part is the pretreatment of collecting image, namely, the reform of image. This will ground for the correct decoding.
