The problem discussed in this paper comes from the ShanXi nature science foundation project: The research of formal method in developing information system. With the market competition turning worse and the custom requirement being of diversity, presenting enterprise information system must be capable of adapting all variances. If the enterprise information system has no good flexibleness and could not customize, or second-hand develop, it will become the fetters of enterprise development. How to develop quickly high quantity enterprise information system has been the very important subject in software development field. This paper aim at the shortage of presenting building information system method, propose a model based on reuse-component and XML through researching the popular technology of the reuse-component and XML and the formal method. I analyze and research this model in detail in this paper. The model could overcome some shortage of traditional developing method and is advanced model in developing stable and flexible information system. The paper takes the human resource manager system as example to practice the developing model and establish preliminarily a dynamic integrated platform of information system. It can realize socket assemble of information system with component. Through the formal description information system and component by XML, the framework is very extendable and can realize conveniently reuse and assembly of the component. The enterprise information system build under this framework is very flexible and retractile, which can rebuild conveniently according to changeful requirement of enterprise.
