The Research And Application Of Rough Sets Theory In The Data Fusion

For more than thirty years' development, the data fusion as an advanced tectonic of information science is applied in not only military (especially CI system), intelligent robot, automatization produce and navigation etc., but also other fields of country economy. The basic idea of data fusion is synthesizing the data from different aspect, i.e., according to definite rule synthesizing message from different source, mode, medium, time, and denotation so that obtaining more accurate description of apperceive object.Detection is the basic content in fusion system. Most data fusion arithmetics have particular merit and defect. Therefore, the unification arithmetic theory has not come into being by far. Most arithmetics of data fusion have its default in the processing to uncertain and unintegrity data. The method of probability and statistics is difficult to obtain the prior probability of the occurrence. In addition, fuzzy theory emphasizes on the indisernable relation of the objects in the similar sets.The basic principle, structure, function and arithmetic on data fusion were researched, and the arithmetic of data fusion based rough sets theory was analyzed in the dissertation. There are there reasons to the researchment of rough sets theory. Firstly, rough sets theory is a new mathematic method which analyses and treats the inexact, incomplete and unintegrity information and knowledge, and offers an effective methods to treat intelligence information. Secondly, it is unneeded to obtain the prior probability in course of rough sets theory application. Lastly, a new system can be constructed by rough sets theory, and many arithmetics can be optimized using it. All these are the work of elementary phase of research on the rough sets theory, and the further study is needed.The main assignment includes arithmetic applying data fusion method based rough sets theory into distributing measure system and stocks analysis system. The module of knowledge distilling is developed based the arithmetic. Two arithmetics that are crisp fusion arithmetic and uncrisp fusion arithmetic will be discussed in the paper. The basic principle and application scope will be introduced in the dissertation.
