In rough set theory and fuzzy set theory, uncertainty measure is an important issues. Both of rough set theory and fuzzy set theory are important methods of dealing with uncertainty measure issue. The rough set theory deals with uncertainty measure by the knowledge of the roughness, which emphasizes the indiscernibility relation to the object of the set. The Rough set theory deal with this uncertainty by introducing approximate accuracy and roughness to fulfill. Meanwhile, The fuzzy set theory deals with uncertainty measure by the knowledge of the fuzziness, which emphasizes the indiscernibility relation to the boundary region of the set. The Rough set theory deal with this uncertainty by introducing rough entropy to fulfill.The article proposes some new kinds of dealing with uncertainty measure, which can solve certain limitations in rough set theory and fuzzy set theory.The article first introduces the background and significance of the uncertainty measure based on rough set theory and fuzzy set theory, the research status of rough set theory, the research status of the uncertainty measure in the rough set theory, the research status of fuzzy set theory, the research status of the uncertainty measure in the fuzzy set theory.The article introduces the relative knowledge of Pawlak rough set theory and fuzzy set theory.The article studies on the limitations in Pawlak accuracy, proposes two new kinds of dealing with uncertainty measure in rough set theory:An accuracy measure for rough sets based on knowledge of particles and An accuracy measure for rough sets based on knowledge of rank statistics. The article proves the superiority of the two new accuracy measure by instances.Finally, the article researches on all kinds of dealing with uncertainty measure in fuzzy rough set theory. It gives the basic concepts of the uncertainty measure in fuzzy set theory, then exploits two new uncertainty measure in fuzzy rough set theory:An accuracy measure for fuzzy rough sets based on rough entropy of knowledge of particles and An accuracy measure for fuzzy rough sets based on rough entropy of knowledge of rank statistics. The article is more reasonable and effective to the uncertainty measure in fuzzy rough set theory, which are illustrated by examples.
