The air defense artillery is the last low-altitude defense shield. Thus, accurate radar information is crucial to air defense operations. High combat effectiveness requires accurate target identification and track information. Due to complex environments in air defense operations, it is difficult to integrate information further when it is prone to be abnormal or absent. Moreover, anti-aircraft guns need accurate integrated information to fire. So how to ensure the reliability and accuracy of information becomes important to the air defense forces. It is also the topic of this thesis on multi-radar information integration.In this thesis, rough set method is used to solve the problem of radar track information missing owing to complex conditions. And it is used to solve problems such as information tracking and integration of the multi-radar track in combination with Kalman filtering method. Modeling and simulation methods are used for information processing and integrating processes for the uncertain track. This thesis:(1) Builds up the data completion method based on the incomplete information system of rough set theory through analyzing ROUSTIDA with rough set theory and verifying algorithm effectiveness by computer, and finally establishes a data processing method for uncertain radar information;(2) Conducts comparative analysis on four distributed track correlation methods and simulation study on the probabilistic data association algorithm, verifies the algorithm by computer and makes correlation analysis on a single uniform motion target's plot and its track;(3) Analyzes, simulates, makes case analysis on and programs for both the properties fusion algorithm based on the DS evidence theory and the state fusion algorithm based on the Kalman weighted respectively, fuses the state and properties of the target respectively based on track correlation, and makes comparative analysis on common track fusion algorithm;This thesis is characterized with building up the processing method for incomplete information system based on rough set theory and preprocessing radar information effectively under uncertainty and enhancing its fusion through making correlation and fusion analysis on it with Kalman method and DS theory. The simulation results show that findings in the thesis are feasible in theory.
