An Intelligent Monitoring Spontaneous Combustion And Gas On-Line System Based On Intemor

Gas gush sometime is out of the way in a part of the XingLongZhuang mine that belongs to the low-gas mine. The ventilation safety is important for the exploding of the smut and the menace of the spontaneous combustion of the coal bed.In this paper, in order to strengthen the safety in production in the XingLongZhuang mine, we studied the gas-monitoring and the fire in the coal mine to find the reason and the mechanism of the spontaneous combustion. According to the scientific measures that would be provided by the experts to prevent fire and monitor gas, the real-time viewing the state of the coal mine and giving the early-warning of the danger could be realized , and on the basis of the experience of the experts the system could give the proper advice that what we should do can prevent the danger from occurring.The framework of the system mainly consists of two parts: the data mining system and INTEMOR intelligent monitoring system.(1) The data mining system that integrated the effective data of the separated monitoring system (for example KJ95, bundling-pipe system etc) synthesizes and draws out the data related with ventilation system of XingLongZhuang mine. The design of this part related with the different structure translating and with the system integrated. In the realizing processing we applied ADO technology. Thus, we can connect the KJ95 text database with INTEMOR database server through setting path. After being numerated from the KJ95 system at regular intervals , the data would be saved to the sharing database whose type was SQL SERVER 2000. Through bridging the closed joint between INTEMOR database server and the sharing database of data mining system and bridging the closed joint between the sharing database and the pristine DCS system of XingLongZhuang mine, they integrated a complete intelligent monitoring system together.(2) INTEMOR intelligent monitoring system. In the realizing process, acquiring knowledge and creating the INTEMOR expert knowledge base was the keystep. We developed the expert knowledge base of every work area independently and then integrated them by managing system into a uniform predict system. The independence of the expert base will improve the dealing speed of INTEMOR driver and DDP. At the same time it will provide convenience in extending function of the system in the future.
