Development And Study On Embedded System Software On Chromatograph

Industrial chromatograph is a kind of precision online analysis apparatus. It has been used widely in oil industry, chemical industry, medication, environmental protection, foodstuff procedure, etc. The development of chromatograph is a complicated systems engineering, involving knowledge of analytical chemistry, mechanism, electronics, automatization, computer science,etc. This dissertation systematically explicates the system of software and hardware, in the background of the CX8800 chromatograph development project developed by Nanjing Nanfen Analyzer Limited Company and automatization institute of Nanjing University of Technology.This dissertation contains five chapters. The first chapter introduces briefly the origin of topic, background information, brief history of chromatograph and the task performed by the author.The second chapter introduces the chromatogram theory. The chromatogram theory is the theoretic foundation of chromatogram analysis and the basic knowledge for chromatograph development. This chapter introduces the definition of gas chromatogram and the process of chromatogram analysis, column and detector, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.In the third chapter, the dissertation introduces the hardware system of chromatograph, including electric system and gas route, PC 104 embedded computer, the data processing kernel.The introduction of chromatograph software system in the fourth chapter is the emphasis of this dissertation. Firstly, it introduces the development environment and the software structure, explicates detailedly the chromatogram data sampling and data storing, describes the data structure and its operation, introduces the data-processing method and the peak recognition arithmetic. Lastly, it introduces the BASIC interpreter on the chromatograph. The interpreter provides the interface for userprogram on the apparatus.In the last chapter, the author summarizes the content of this dissertation and the work accomplished by the author, describes the orientation of chromatograph development and investigation in prospect.
