From the pushing of technology and marketing, mobile telecommunication network required more network capacity QoS and multiple service abilities. Future network development will consider the impacts of Operator's investment and technology evolution in order to fit different grade Service such as data and traditional voice service. It's important to economically utilize the bandwidth of GSM900 of UNICOM, and take some temporary methods such as frequency hopping, in the same time, using the bandwidth of GSM 1800 and introduces the GPRS packet data service.This paper give the network capacity and interference parameters based on the different evolution Phase to 3G.
