This dissertation is based on the three project, "QQJ-2 Test-machine for Vehicle Redactor", "QQX-2 Test-machine for Axle Driver"and"Multi- Axis-Ultrasonic-Detect system". Firstly, it discusses the current automatic technology and why to adopt DCS and PCS in the test machine. Secondly, it provides three composite control models and analyses the control and communication theory. Lastly, it proves the composite contol model right by the acture sample. The dissertation is divided into seven parts, and the main content of each part is presented as follow:In chapter 1, it discusses how to realize the automatic in the test system. Then it refers to the most advance control technology. Lastly, it mentioned my assignment in the research work of the above projectIn chapter 2, it analyses the fault and the virtue in the DCS and PCS. ft concludes three composite control models.In chapter 3, it analyses the communication arrange RS-232c to the new fieldbus, such as CAN Proftbus and so on.fat chapter 4, it introduces the control theory used at me composite system. It not only anasyses the common PID, but also talk about the more advansed control theory, as blur control.In chapter 5, through introducing how to use the composite model in the Axle Driver assemble line, it proves the composite model right Meanwhile, it expatiatesome resolve way in roe actual application.In chapter 6, it proves the feasibility of me composite model in the Multi-Axis-Ultrasonic-Detect system. And it expatiate how to realize the control and communication theory in the actual system.In chapter 7, through three projects above, it concludes some problems that would happenedtn the composite system. At the same time, it provides a series technique to resolve these problems.The conchisions of this dissertation are summarized in the last chapter. At the same time, the future work suggestion is given too.
