Study Of Moving Image Object Measuring Technology

IntroductionMankind is urgent in analysis, understanding, track and control of the movement, especially through the analysis of the moving object, controlling conversely the moving object after getting the important parameter. This is a key technology in space flight, satellite remote sensing, machinery control etc. Aiming at the situation of technology development in which image processing theory and technology are used in and paid attention in a lot of respects at present ,and aiming at the current situations in which the researches of application technology and the application theories of image detection at manufacturing automation field is not enough , this paper studies movement measurement based on image processing as the beforehand study subject of the research group measuring the movement parameters of rigid body . This job is very important in track and automatic assembly of the production automation and manufacture assembly. This problem is must solved that introduce image feedback into machine close ring control system .The main task of this paper is to design a system that can track the motion object in a series of pictures. The system can recognize the moving object so as to track and locate the object and get the movement track of the object. This system include two aspect:1) Hardware system platformDuring the course of the system running the main task is the image processing and a mass of data processing so that the system 's requirement to processor and memory is higher :the frequency of CPU is higher than or equal to 600Hz and the memory is higher than or equal to 128MB.This paper adopts CCD and image collection card to gather image, and the card is inserted in the extended slot of the computer.2) Software system platformThis paper's software consists of three software blocks: image processing block ,object location block and object movement track judgment block. The image processing block accomplish space field median filter to eliminate noises and make the image binary. On the basis of beforehand processing image object location block ascertain rough location and precise location. Object movement track judgment get the movement route of the object on the basis of object location.Theory Basis of Image Gathering and ProcessingThe hardware system of computer image processing system accomplishes the process of sampling and quantization to digitize image that disperse the gray value of every pixel dot in the picture and is the important step through which the image enter into the computer. The software system operates the digital image, and the operation processing can be described as Q(G),namely using operator(Q) to operator image(G). The type of operator(Q) is decided by processing aim and math model of image : The aim has enhancement, restitution and recognition ,etc. And the math model can be expressed by continuum model, disperse model and random model. Image processing has two methods: One method emphasizes in space field to process; the other stresses processing in frequency field (such as Fourier Transform) and then transforming back to space field to form needed image. This paper's processing is in space field.This paper gives several kinds of image processing methods that fulfill object character drawing and pattern recognition location algorithm, including point operation, geometry operation, image mathematics morphology technology and image edge detection and drawing that are realized to process images in the Visual C++ compiling environment.Obtainment and Processing of ImageThis paper adopts CCD and image collection card to shoot the moving object and gather a series of images named by image sequence and store these images as BMP format, and then operate these images to evaluate processing methods and algorithms subjectively and objectively.
