It is general that the movement state of space target is measured in project application. Line Acceleration, line velocity and distance are the important parameters to describe the state of movement. Though the line acceleration is easy to get by using the inertia accelerometer, but there still isn't any ways to measure the line velocity and the distance. So it is provided with the practical significance to improve precision and realize the high precision transform from acceleration to velocity and distance. The research of the technologies of the accelerometer signal conditioning, progressing and transmission possess wide application prospect.In this thesis, a high precision acceleration signal collection, digital process and transmit system is schemed out based on the MEMS servo accelerometer, data collection chip of MSC1211 and DSP TMS320F2812. The line acceleration, velocity and distance in missile flight course can be measured in real time, and the foundation of the missile trajectory measurement, trajectory modify and inertia control and guide is established.Aimed at the needs of the high precision line acceleration measurement, the MEMS servo accelerometer of 1ug distinguishability is presented, its principle and capability is introduced. It's pointed out that the sensor's dynamic error and analog filter will bring some amplitude and frequency distortions , and this will affect the precision of the acceleration and the integrated velocity and distance data. Based on the accelerometer frequency test, the way of acceleration collection system modeling is presented, and the acceleration dynamic correction is realized in the working frequency range by using FFT and compensation in frequency domain.To over come the influence of the interference and noise in the analog signaltransmit, the digital transmit technology is adopted to guarantee the transmit precision, and some digital and analog technology are used to reduce the noise, improve Signal-to-Noise and assure the acceleration distinguishability.In the signal digital process field, the high speed operation in time and frequency domain is realized by using the DSP technology, and the real time measurement of acceleration, velocity and distance is possible.
