The synthetic experimental facility for low-voltage electrical devices is a system applies in coal mine plants. The facility can test the mechanical and electrical performance of three-phase electromotor and electrical performance of low-voltage anti-blast switch under the well. This paper researches the design of the related hardware and software. The hardware part includes the system control module, the collecting analog signals module, the inputting and outputting switch signals module and the measuring resistance module. We develop the system sketch map and the schematic circuit diagram of each module. The software part includes program running in SCM, developed with C programming language, and program running in PC, developed with Visual C++ programming language. The problem of anti-interference in the design of software and hardware is discussed in the end of this article.
