The Analysis Of Suzhou HFC Cable TV Network And Primary Exploring Of Resolution And Practice

CATV network is an important network in information infrastructure construction. With excellent data transfer environment, HFC CATV network has broad bandwidth, big capacity and high rate of customer possession. It is recognized as an integrated platform of diverse information systems to wide customers in the world, and it will become one of the infrastructures for national information highway. At first, this thesis has made a brief introduction to the generation, current status and the development in the future of CATV industry, then it has analyzed the overall design thoughts to the architecture of Suzhou CATV HFC bi-directional network. The thesis has also accounted for the reconstruction and design scheme to it, calculated the network technical parameters, and has analyzed the causes of network noises, given out its solution, and has discussed broadband access scheme to Suzhou HFC CATV network. In the end, the thesis illustrates a HFC bi-directional network independently designed by the author.
