To Design And Implement The Web-based Subsystems Of System Management And User Function In The NetAccount Broadband Accounting System

Almost all universities and colleges have campus network. The campus network usually connects to Internet with the technology of broadband. Many problems or troubles , such as problems of management, security of campus network, problems of accounting emerge at the same time. In order to satisfy with the demand of students and teachers and safeguard campus network ,we designed the system which named "NetAccount Broadband Accounting System Based on Transparent Gateway".This paper implements two subsystems of this system, that is, system management and user function. These parts are not only the important components of the whole system, but also are the platform of administrators and users to operate the system. In a word , success or failure of whole system is related to whether realization of these parts or not.When we brought our ideas into practice, we used the new technology, such as JSP (Java Server Pages ), which used to design dynamic websites and Oracle data base, Apache Tomcat, a strong and famous Web Server, and so on . The structure of this two subsystems is based up B/S(Browser/Server) architecture. This architecture can provides friendly user interfaces and accesses data from the DBMS conveniently.
