Because of the fast development of Internet and mobile commucation,have produced mobile commucation+e-commerce=mobile commerce affair..Mobile- Internet , call Internet cut off the action of the navel cord vivid. As two major industries nowadays with the fastest developing speed: Mobile communication and joint of Internet, business opportunity that pregnant with its the dawn has begun to show already, especially in China where cell-phone portable terminal holder is far more than netizen. At present , the most popular applications for mobile-Internet are network bank , network stock market and network order service .As the basis of mobile business,the mobile network has following disadvantagies:Bit rate is very slow in wireless channel which can not carry big block massge.Mobile terminal must be light weight and small bulk,which cause some difficulty in display and input.It is difficult to implement the security in wireless environment.So mobile business has special requires in terminal,data processing and security.This paper breakthrough the localization of traditional e-business,and analyse the structure of the mobile commerce.It analyses the solution for mobile commerce disadvantages in software,data processing and security.First,this paper classes the terminal into two types:one can download and run applicaton,one just implanted micro browser,and adopt the J2ME(Java 2 Micro Edition) technic and wap(Wireless Application Protocol)technic as the solutions for the two types of terminal after analysing .Thesis utilize terminal procedures, server end technic and data base technology to structure the mobile commercial affair,using server end technic and database technic to realize the commercial affair processing at server end, thus reduce the burden of mobile terminal station greatly, and reduce the flow of data of network. As for the security of mobile business,the thesis probes into some feasible realization means, and has discussed the place which should be improved in the future applications of these two kinds of technology. Through Running and verifying the actual systems, The application program is short and small enough to accord the request of the wireless environment applications.
