In the second general mobile communication of the world, GSM Networks was used by the most people. At present, a majority of communication networks were GSM system. GSM Networks were mainly used to transfer voice, however, GPRS Networks could be used to transfer data information, which were founded when GSM combined with Internet works. The wireless terminal units can download sorts of information from Internet works. With the development of communication technology, more and more industries begin take wireless communication system as data transmission. Formerly, people had to gather data by themselves in the remote mines or oil fields because the terrain was too inconvenient to span lineate networks. Some manufactories used short message as the way in the second general mobile networks times. They had to spend much due to the cost of short message(0.1yuan/piece).After the appearance of GPRS service, the cost can be reduced consumedly since the service charges cheaply(0.03yuan/kbits). Therefore, the data communication system based on GPRS becomes a perfect data transmission way. In this paper, author study and analysis principium of the system and how to make it safer, and then propose the way to realize it. In the end, a new authentication protocol which can improve the system security is brought forward. In this paper, realize principium is advanced from two sides, protocol analysis and gateway realize. Moreover, detailed realize way is put forward. This paper introduces data encryption and authentication protocol minutely based on known resource and study works. The new authentication protocol is put forward to fit our transfer system, which is better than what was used in authentication delay, networks signal load and security framework.
