In this paper, a strategy of sewage handling and control system based on Embedded system architecture is designed .The paper first introduces the source and meaning of the task , the goal of the research , the main work and the structure of the pager . Then the paper summarizes the development process of embedded system ,development actuality of sewage handling and control system, the level of nowadays and several problems of China and foreign countries . On the grounds of the function requirements of polluted water disposal process, sewage handling and control system based on embedded system architecture is designed and realized, which is consisted of AT89C55WD as its hardware platform and C/OS- II as its real-time operating system . Other than ordinary singlechip system , the system is a multi-tasking control system of sewage disposal. Aiming at 5 typical parameters, such as temperature, PH , fluctuation of transmitted light, turbidity and the planes of water, the system creates and starts several tasks on the platform of C/OS- II and measures these 5 parameters online . On the grounds of the change of the parameters, the system can not only adjusts the dosing rate by fuzzy control strategy , but also chages the status of the pumps, valve and puddler . Consequently the system achieves the closed loop control of the water parameters . With the application of C/OS- II ,the system has good real-time features , reliability , extensibility and multi-tasking ability . With the application of fuzzy control strategy , the system can adapted to the time-variant and nonlinear-in-the-parameter of the waste water . The system sends parameters and status messages to the epigyny computer by its' RS-485 port . With a friendly man-machine interface of the epigyny computer, the user can scout and control the system easily . Now the system has been applied to treat waste water in a factory , and results show that this system meets the demands of the design .
