Water is the source of life, which gestates and maintains all creatures on the planet. With the continuous development of industry and the rapid increase in urban population, a large number of industrial and domestic sewage disposal issues attract more and more widespread attention, water pollution has become the most serious and pressing issues of China's water crisis. People demand for environmental protection increasingly, and sewage treatment has been urgent. The shortage of freshwater resources has become an important issue need to be resolved, while China is a serious drought country. Water which is treated can irrigate farmland, thus alleviate the water crisis.The subject develops and designs a sewage disposal automatic control system, including a field control layer, a display operation layer, and a remote information monitoring layer, which applies with the advanced industrial control computers, PLC, industrial automation configuration software, power electronics control technology and network communication technology, bases on the technological characteristics of sewage disposal system, with the background of a sewage disposal plant of Gansu Province as well as researches and analyses the sewage disposal system. The system consists of intelligent control systems and intelligent field monitoring equipment and so on. The topic discusses from hardware design and software design, studies the data collection, processing and control algorithm, writes the monitoring center management software using the configuration software to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.In order to control the pH value effectively, ensure stable and efficient operation of equipment in the sewage disposal system, the topic aims at the nonlinear, time variability and uncertainty characteristics of pH value, combines the expert control with conventional PID control to form a sewage disposal automatic control system based on expert control ideas.As the core of the sewage disposal system, PLC system has a pivotal role.
