Research Of Information Retrieval System's User Interface

For finding and collecting useful information from internet world in information retrieval system (IRS) , the IRS needs to interact and collaborate with users by using some human-computer interaction modes, such as imputing retrieval words, displaying inquiring result, offering user relativity feedback mechanism and so on. These parts facing users are called user interface (UI) . Whether UI is good or bad influences the IRS's using effect. With the application of advanced information technology and development of IRS, people will more and more pay attention to UI because it is becoming the bridge of connecting final user and database.Based on information science, the paper generally introduces IRS's user interface.
