Research to nuclear dose indicated P2O5 is optimal for Li2O-SiO2 system glass-ceramic be used as HDD substrate. Numerical calculus and experiment for crystallization process of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO-P2O5 system glass indicated: size of crystallization grain can be controlled by forming residual glass phase with high melting point, and by this way we got transparent glass-ceramic.Discussed way to estimate volume percent of crystal in Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-P2O5 system glass-ceramic by line expansion coefficient of crystal and residual glass in glass-ceramic. Researched influence to Young's modulus and bend strength of compose and structure of Li2O-AL2O3-SiO2-P2O5 system glass-ceramic by means of XRD, SEM, DTA, spectral analysis, mechanics test. Found: Young's modulus and bend strength will lower with increase of AL2O3, reason is increasing of AL2O3 changing amount of crystal in glass-ceramic. The glass-ceramic with less size crystallization grain can get lower Ra value .Discussed stress's influence to bend strength, which formed by difference of expansion between crystal and residual glass in glass-ceramic In heat treatment process, temperature and time of crystallization process is key.
