Nowadays the energy crisis has become increasingly prominent, the peopleare not only merely seeking the new, the recycled clean energy to replacetraditional fossil fuel energy, but also investing substantial resources in theresearch of energy saving.Some research indicates that: due to doors and windows’ poor insulation,energy loss takes up about three percent of the country’s total energyconsumption of U.S.A, equivalent to the loss of100million barrels of oileveryday. So experts began to investigate doors and windows’ heat transfercoefficient, and achieved certain results door, eventually window’s insulationstandard had doubled. Hollow glass are widely used in new buildings for itsexcellent thermal insulation properties, however, gas flow of gas gap in themiddle causes the energy loss didn’t got rid,and hollow glass burst in too high orlow air pressure, and the middle of the air layer within the fogging phenomenonin the too high and low temperature regions used in, limit its scope of the use.Vacuum glass, the thermal insulation performance was better than hollow glassfor the different heat transfer mechanism, and the different physical structuremakes of vacuum glass’s mechanical strength much better than hollow glass, soconfirmed by the world.Vacuum glass’s research started early in Europe, the United States, Japan,and formed respective standard system and quality standards, but has not auniform standard on product comparison. China started later, most are in the heattransfer mechanism’s research and the calculation of heat transfer coefficient ontheory. In2008, China revised on the basis of the quality standards of the hollowglass, and got the vacuum glass quality standards, including its heat transfercoefficient measurements.Based on the development status of the relevant aspects of vacuum glass,authorized by Xi’an Mers Electronics Co., Ltd., refers to the latest GB design and production of vacuum glass heat transfer coefficient measurement instrumentprototype. First analyzes the current development of the vacuum glass at homeand abroad, and then to study the mechanism of heat transfer, on the basis ofanalysis and calculation of the theoretical heat transfer coefficient in themeasurement of the measuring principle is described, the mechanical structuredesign, microcontroller Selection and Design, PID temperature control algorithmand simulation, hardware selection system design and software systemsdevelopment, print the whole circuit broad. Use the static switch to control thetemperature controller, and achieved constant temperature condition. Andthrough the natural balance way realized constant pressure measuring conditionsVacuum glass heat transfer coefficient measurement prototype in the trial onthe condition of laboratory, and basically meet the design requirements, hasstability and reliability and promotional value. The experimental resultssurviving some errors, but also achieve the desired results, the measurementresults has practical value. Provide a reliable measurement for research andactual production of the vacuum glass.
