Research On General Accession Equipment Of Information Products Based On Embedded Linux

With the widespread popularization of information, it is very important and meaningful to begin a research on general accession equipment of information-based products. The general accession equipment contains varies of accession, such as RS232, RS485, RJ45, USB, IEEE 1394, and some wireless accession like IrDA(Infrared Ray Digital Access), bluetooth and 802. 11x. How to transmit the data among these accession more conveniently is the author's research task.Because Samsung S3C4510B integrates the function of network process, we select it as the CPU of accession equipment. And the peripheries include SDRAM, FLASH, Ethernet interface, etc. These hard wares integrate into a modulization and easy-expand Embedded System hardware flatform. And the operation system is uClinux OS which is widely used in Embedded System.Regardless of the past or now, lots of devices have series ports. But inthis information times, it is very popular to share the resource through the Ethernet. So how to transmit data from RS232 to Ethernet interface and to access the Internet is particularly discussed in the forth section of this paper.
