This paper origins from the national found named research on initiative control of computer peripheral equipment. With the rapid development of the packing density of the electronic device, the heat sink of the electronic device becomes more and more obvious. Micro channels heat sink is a kind of new and efficient heat control technology, which become a hot spot for domestically and abroad scholar now.Study on the problem of design, analysis and simulation of a kind of micro channel heat sink is made in this paper. Firstly, A new kind of micro channels heat sink structure is designed based on summary of the micro channels heat control technology. Secondly, the thermal digital model of the micro channel heat sink is constructed in according of the FEA software and the simulation of flow and temperature field is made using the ESC software. Many technical problem are solved, including how to get the micro channels solid, how to get the fluid model, how to set the FEM element length and the element quality parameter correctly and so on. Thirdly, an amendment method of the classic fluid theory to solve the simulating pressure of micro fluids is brought up based on the available work. The equivalent viscosity is introduced in the course of analyzing the pressure and resistance of the micro channels. The conclusion declares that the pressure simulating result can fit the experimental data very well if the equivalent viscosity is selected reasonably. A way to acquire equivalent viscosity is also introduced. Lastly, Via the micro channels heat sink experimental apparatus, the experimental data and the simulation data were compared and some valuable conclusion for project is made.
