This paper study the key technology of wireless location in CDMA Cellular Network, explore the way that the location system realizes and the method improving location precision. After summarize the characteristic and suitable environment of T1P1 wireless channel model, a kind of systematic emulation model of localization is put forward based on T1P1 channel model. Through analyzing the domestic and international relevant research, this paper analyzes and compares the existing basic location algorithms. The general systematical framework of wireless location Is discussed.Based on the above investigation, after combining the reality of domestic CDMA network and analyzing the relevant standard of wireless location, the scheme of location system in actual CDMA network is put forward. The function of each localization entity is divided, and the realization of the key module and technology is explained. In order to reduce measure error causing by NLOS, it adopt and regard intensity of the signal as right value, construct some TDOA measurement value again with the priori information. Synthesizing the merit of many kinds of algorithms, new TDOA algorithm is put forward. This algorithm is a kind of integration Chan algorithm and Taylor-series algorithm. Experimental result show that, This kind of computing technology that reduce the error, merged many kinds of algorithms, can improve the precision of localization effectively.
