It is self-evident that the audience choice plays an important role during the media development . From the role of the audience and the audience choice , this theme analyses that the audience choice affects the media reform ,media contents, media management in planned economy or market economy during the twenty years in China .At the same time media reform changes the audience choice. The positive side and negative side in media reform and the audience choice make them mutual action and mutual leaking in. Through the society and individual angel, the theme analyses the factor that affect the media reform and media choice, and reveals the developing direction of China media after China joins WTO , it is the focal point and natural end in this theme.
