The super-heated steam temperature is an important parameter in the operate course of the power plant boiler,it reflects the security and efficiency of the equipment operate.The super-heated steam temperature is excessively high or excessively low, will all bring disadvantage effect to the safe production, so we must control the super-heated steam in the round of initialization. The super-heated steam temperature object is a muti-cotainer element, it has the the big delay characteristic, the big inertia characteristic and the variety model with variety time characteristic,it also has many disturbances, it be longs to a more difficult adjust object.According to the above features of super-heated temperate, this dissertation studied the application of Fuzzy-PI composite serial control in the super-heated steam temperature system of power plant by the fully use of both the good dynamic characteristics of fuzzy control and eliminating static deviation of PI control on the base of analysis to the adjust mission of the super-heated steam temperature, the static characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the super-heated steam temperature object, the difficulty to control it and its design principle. In order to adapting the change of work condition and disturbances, a kind of modified Fuzzy-PI composite serial control system of self-adjustment factor was designed. It regularize the weight factor of the fuzzy controller real-time,then control rules of the fuzzy controller were adjusted ,so it improve the performance of control system .The results of simulation indicate that when we adopt this kind of method, the adjustment time of system is become shortly,the anti-disturbance capacity is improved.,and realization is easily,so this method can be applied to the control of the super-heated steam temperature system .
