Research On The Technique Of Very Low Bit Rate Video Compression Encoding

In the light of video monitoring industry environment of low bit rate transmission of telephone wire,this author of this paper made a thorough research on the low bit rate video compression standard of H.263,and also put forward a new method of video compression technique,that is,with the tactics of quantifying coefficient that is transferred by DCT encoding in the inner-frame,the method of quantifying form was adopted instead of the routine processing method of video image inner-frame encoding At the same time,in the prediction algorithm of the inter-frame encoding,the author uses half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-flame work mode.And in the course of realizing this algorithm, the author determined to use QCIF image form according to the characteristic of the monitoring image on spot.By programming with C++language,the author carried on simulation analyses about the algorithm and then verify to it.The result indicated that the above-mentioned algorithm have not only improved the processing speed of the computer and reduced the complexity of the algorithm, but have also greatly raised the compression ratio of the image under the premise that the quality of images is Well guaranteed.
