The 705D high altitude meteorological exploring radar is a automatic vehicle-loaded radar which is very important in the attacking process of artillery. But there are some problems in application of this type radar, such as higher cost, lower training efficiency, longer training period and harder to evaluate the training result.TMS320F240 is a 16 bit fixed-point DSP which is designed for the application of controlling system. It has some advantages, such as high calculating speed as 20MIPS -> high performance core and low cost. All these characters make TMS320F240 as the optimum controlling component for the 705D liigh altitude meteorological exploring radar.This dissertation mainly illustrates the A/D module ^ communicate module of TMS320F240 fixed-point DSP and the realization which each module used in 705D high altitude meteorological exploring radar simulating system, meanwhile gives the writing step of inner program. At last, there is a comparision of the design of F240 fixed-point and C32 float-point simulating system.
