Study Of Intelligent Fashion Design System

There is still no mature system for intelligent fashion design in CAGD. Intelligent fashion design system studied in our assignment is designed for non-professionals to finish the design work on computer, which was traditionally done only by the professional designers. This thesis discusses the architecture of the system, analyzes the two basic modules, which includes the input of the fashion parts and the automatic generation of the fashion style, and provides the realization of the system at last.All in all, the main important research is as follows:In this thesis we have analyzed the development and realization status of CAGD, then pointed out that the system for fashion design is still not mature enough to accelerate the manufacture of garment. While analyzing the requirements of garment market of China, we know it is necessary to develop the system for intelligent fashion design.By studying the process of traditional fashion design, it puts forward an innovative method of design based on reference. The garment is divided into some fashion parts. Based on the study of the system design flow and function, the system architecture is designed.We have also designed the database according to the tree-shaped data structure of fashion design information. It has four layers, which link the garment to the fashion parts, the lines and the points. The attributes of style type and style degree support the design of fashion style. The attributes of key line and key point support the combination of fashion parts.In the thesis we have analyzed two modules of the system in detail. They are the input module of fashion parts information and the automatic generation module of the fashion style. It simulates the outline of the fashion parts with B3-Spline and reversed B3-Spline curve function. And it has realized themulti-layer curve especially for fashion design. The formaiization of the fashion design knowledge is given, then the automatic generation module of the fashion style is based on the rules of the combination of fashion parts.With the problem that we can't make completely the fashion design information into parameters because of the complexity of formaiization, we put forward the system architecture for intelligent fashion design, which supports major fashion parts design concept. It is useful research and puts a solid foundation for completely automatic fashion design.The thought of the intelligent design based on fashion style about the ichnography of fashion structure is innovative in the similar software. It is proposed on the requirements of fashion market in China. So it will lay theoretical and applied value for automatic fashion design.
