The traditional laser integrated design technology can't meet the requirement of the market. Currently, with the development of computer science and the maturity of the mechanical simulation, the laser manufacture industry is improved. In order to shorten the period of the design, economize the materials and eliminate the cost of manufacture, we can simulate the laser. Therefore, it is of great significance to research the simulation technology of the high power crosscurrent CO2 laser.The dissertation analyzes comprehensively the present researches and problems about the high power crosscurrent CO2 laser simulation. According to the classical heat-conduction theory, the dissertation establishes the mathematic model of the heat dissipation system of 2 kw crosscurrent CO2 laser. Using the formula of Taylor, the dissertation disperses the mathematics model as the classical form of wave-arithmetic and displays the spread process of heat. According to the principle of object-oriented theory combined with the sample method, the software is divided into three parts: pre-analysis groupware, analysis groupware and after- groupware.The dissertation takes 2 kw crosscurrent CO2 laser for example, aiming to develop three simulation sub-systems of high power crosscurrent CO2 laser. They can simulate the temperature field of the 2 kw crosscurrent CO2 laser, draw some relative function charts and display the laminas of cooling fans in three-dimensions. Due to the pure object-oriented Java-bean technology, the system is open and the customers can input their own module, according the Java-bean criterion.
