The diverse requirements of market or customer lead to the birth of the agile system. In an agile system , dynamic evolution should be satisfied which means that the scale and complexity of system keep increasing.One agile system needs to adapt the fresh environment quickly. Firstly good on-line properties should be realized which include on-line development, on line-maintenance , fault tolerance and so on. In this way, in case any subsystem failure, general system can on-line maintain in stead of stopping to maintain, so other subsystems can keep working normally during the maintenance of the failure subsystem; secondly the general system can quickly resume to normal work state with high quality within the common working permission time of integrating system in case of any system development or failure maintenance.Every subsystem plays the deferent role and has its special function in the large scale and complex integrating system. It is fact that the requirements of real-time and reliability in these subsystems and so on is deferent, which leads many kind of data flow exist in the integrating system, for example control data flow, information data flow and so on. Deferent data properties of these kind of data flow result in the system heterogeneous question base on data property.It is well known that the traditional integrating system ignores the system heterogeneous question base on deferent data property, single node gateway is used to realize system integration. The method that the traditional system integration method applies will result in disorder and unsystematic data flow style in the function subsystem, so data quality of service is difficult to be sure; Also the following shortcomings such as single node failure and data communication bottleneck are very easy to lead to normal data communication among subsystems failure, in the same time the reliability of integration system can't be confirmed.In order to improve the agility of integration system, this paper analysis the fault effect of heterogeneous data flow in the integration system; design the integration mode of agile system; the evaluation is done base on the integration mode; The gateway system technology is proposed to integrate the heterogeneous system; Also this paper carries out the concept ofgateway system, the topology of gateway system, the data filter protocol in the gateway system, the data filter protocol algorithm, the data flux in the gateway system and the work capability of gateway system.. So in some extend, the integrating subsystem quality of service is satisfied, also it avoids the shortcomings of single node gateway in the integrating system.
