Research In Two Dimension High Speed Electromagnetic Testing System

We discuss signal testing and processing in two dimension electromagnetic testing system. First of all, we introduce some common Non-destructive testing technologies. Then we research the theory of two dimension electromagnetic testing system. We analyze the vice model with ANSYS.We design the sensor and the magnify circuit. After analyzing the signal spectrum, we design a digital filter. The S/N ratio is enhanced. We also design periphery circuit.At last we discuss the characteristic of Windows 98 operation system and compile a real time monitor software.The emphasis of this article is analyzing the vice model and the signal spectrum. The design of hardware and the monitor software is also very important.
