The priciple of Turbo code and relative algorithms are analyzed in detail in this paper. To solve high complexity of algorithms , long time delay and large store space about the application of Turbo in WCDMA system, A feasible implementing scheme of the Turbo encoding and decoding system is put forward. Based on optimizing the interleave algorithm of 3GPP, a turbo encoder is implemented using FPGA technique. Based on optimizing the Max-Log-MAP algorithm , a turbo decoder is implemented using DSP technique. A whole Turbo system is finished through interfaces.
