Design And Implementation Research On A MicroKernel Based Embedded Operating System

Embedded Operating System is the foundation for modern embedded system. Based on a deep survey of the embedded environment and embedded processors, the author designed and primarily implemented a new OS dedicated for embedded environment. In this embedded OS, a new schedule algorithm based on real-time FIFO schedule, lottery schedule and round-robin schedule is used primarily for multimedia application. Meanwhile, a whole process from plan, design to implementation is given and a series of design principles and implementation method for some key technology on a specific processor. Wish these can give other developer a valuable reference.
