With the emergence of Microsoft Speech SDK, which is based on software architecture theory and Architecture/Component based development, the development of speech application program is not a dream and in the hand for the general programmer.In this paper, technology basis of Microsoft Speech SDK, such as software reuse technology, software architecture, Architecture/ Component based development, are researched. Based on these modern software technologies, architecture and theory of speech application program interface of Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 are analyzed; its main frame and key technology is illustrated in the procedure of designing Speech Recognize Interface for Z+Z Intelligence Education Platform; the domain architecture of recognizing voice controlled command is summarized; a method of designing a voice controlled application is proposed. Our works are universally important to design of voice controlled application, and very helpful.Furthermore, in order to solve the problem ,which is found in the process of research and development of Speech Recognize Interface for Z+Z Intelligence Education Platform, that is there are too many component interfaces to be understood and to be used easily, a strategy for designing software, named re-integrating of Architecture/Component oriented general model of sub-domain, is proposed on the basis of domain-specific application system, which can simplify Architectures and system integration. Feasibility and design method of new strategy are demonstrated, development model of domain-specific applicationsystem based on Architecture/Component is improved, and a general component for recognizing voice controlled command is designed. This idea of software design can be complemented of domain-specific application system based on Architecture/Component.
