With the improvements on computer science and microelectronics, the data acquisition devices, as the most important method being used in information technology, were developed towards integration and standardization. There are many kinds of data acquisition devices for general usage. But those universal equipment may not be fit for all particular users. A data acquisition system, which is used to sample instantaneous signal waveform is discussed in this thesis.Because of low cost, simpleness and PnP, Universal Serial Bus has been widely used in PC and Embedded System field. So, the project choose it as the interface with PC. And in the third part of the paper, many aspects, such as development and configuration of USB are introducedTMS320LF2407 is very powerful in the function. Else controller is weaker than TMS320LF2407 in many aspects.The paper says that module method is very efficient way to design the circuit including modules of analog signals, DSP, USB interface power and so on. We utilize Verilog, one of most popular hardware describe language, and TOP-DOWN design method with the help of EDA tools.
