ITR(interfacial thermal resistance) has been one of the important problems to be resolved in many fields such as avigation, spaceflight, biomedicine, energy, mechanism and low Tc superconductor. Especially, in the filed of high Tc superconductor, the technology that the cryocooler directly cool the superconducting system has changed the traditional cooling manner, which adopts the method of low Tc fluid helium's convection and boiling to exchange the heat. It mainly depends on the cooling manner of conducting heat through the interfacial layer between the material of superconductor and non-superconductor (such as Cu, isolator, etc). As a result, the 1TR between solids becomes the vital factor that affects the performance of conducting heat. The research of low Tc ITR belongs to the basic research, it is significant for going deep into the front of the subjects and promoting the application of the superconduction.Based on Micro-Nan cryogenics and Microscale Transfer, this paper research the inner mechanism of ITR from the point of views of the crossed subjects, such as cryogenics, information controling and computer simulation technology. The work deploy from two sides: theory modeling and computer simulation.The model of the ITR between A1N and Cu is built by using the Acoustic Mismatch Model, AMM and Diffuse Mismatch Model, DMM. Because there is a limit of roughness and temperature in AMM and DMM, the data of the theory model that is directly built by AMM and DMM is far from the experimental data. Accordingly, with DMM and traditionary methods, the mathematics model is posed by contrast and analyses of the experiment data. At last, the precision is improved greatly.On the other hand, the ITR of Ar-Kr is simulated with the Molecule Dynamics (MD) by computer. Compared to other methods, MD use classical laws to simulate the movement of the particles in the material and both movement orbits and other details of particles can be observed. In the paper, how to simulate ITR is introduced in details. And with the theory, the ITR of Ar-Kr is simulated under the temperature of 40K. At last, the simulation curve reproduces the movement process of the thermal stream in interfacial layer visually and intuitively.At the same time, for the purpose of expediently analyzing and modeling the experiment data, we design special simulation software by Visual C++. It can easly built various model for ITR.By transferring MATLAB to deal with the data and combining database perfectly, the soft has many traids, such as beautiful interface, operation easily and simulation exactly. It offers a convenient research tool of ITR.
