The Research Of E-government Security Applications Based On PKI

With the sustaining development of E-government, the security system has become an important factor to restrict the further progress of it. PKI has grown into the application basis of the security and authentication of E-government and open network.Based on the realization and study of PKT/PMI theory, this paper introduces the security strategy and technology grounded on the PKI to the E-govcrnment applications. It satisfies the information security requirements of confidentiality, integrality and ineontestability of the E-government development. From the point of view, of adapting the applications, this paper proposes the hierarchical system of setting up the secure E-government. What' s more, it probes into the realization idea and methods in six hierarchies. Focusing on the application layer, interface layer and data storage, it put forwards security solutions adapting to the E-government. Finally it discusses the problems facing by establishing the secure E-government.
