The development history and present state of Ultrasonic imaging are summarized firstly, and the development history and character of image processing of endosonography are presented chiefly. Some processing methods of medical ultrasound endoscopic images are introduced briefly.Aiming at the characteristics of the speckle noise in medical ultrasound endoscopic images, a new self-adaptive weighted median filter for medical ultrasound endoscopic images has been developed in this papa. The property of the new filter has been analyzed and the medical ultrasound endoscopic filter image with good quality has been obtained This paper presents a method by simulating the ultrasound petal-shaped for medical ultrasound endoscopic image. This method removes the false image of transverse point expand function, and proves the correctness of this algorithm. The results demonstrate that the feasibility of the approach is very promising. In order to improve quality of medical ultrasound endoscopic image., I employed the adaptive histogram equalization to enhance the details. To enhance the detail of local issue, it is better to use ANHE method A len method of pseudo-color coding for gray image based on tri-primaries is proposed firstly. The corresponding mathematical models are established and the analysis and experimental results are also given.
