The reason of blending crude oil in hydrocarbon comes from the drawback of machining technology, the error of production device and the variety of oil element This debases the product quality, increases the producing cost and affects seriously the industrial production. At present, For the lack of the detection and control system of light hydrocarbon quality, the producers can't find the phenomena and take measures, so this often brings users many discontents. For the above situation, it is urgent to study and develop the detection and control system of light hydrocarbon quality to insure the product quality. The task of this project is to develop a kind of detection and control system of light hydrocarbon quality and thereby to produce eligible product, which has important practical meanings. We can get the unqualified light hydrocarbon back to fractional tower to resume fractionating which greatly insures the quality,We combine the science and technology tackle project from Da Qing Natural Gas Company- The research on microcomputer detection and control system in light hydrocarbon blending crude oil, analyze the machining technology of production device in gas disposing station, study the physical and chemical character of impurity blending in the light hydrocarbon and establish the detection scheme finally. Based on the above work, we design and develop the information acquirement unit and detection and control system by use of photoelectric sensing and computer detection and control technology. Furthermore, application interface is programmed based on the original industrial control system and thereby realizes good compatibility. The result of experiment indicates that the experiment system is effective in preventing light hydrocarbon from blending with crude oil and according to different situation the product quality standard can also be adjust The system has exact precision, good reliability and friendly interface. Under the premise of insuring the product quality, the quantity of product can be increased maximally. It decreases the waste, satisfies the users' requirement and increases the economic and social benefits. It is very important for light hydrocarbon production.
