Photoelectric sensor is a kind of automation products which is widely used in the process of industrial automation,and it use light to detect objects presence or absence.Photoelectric sensor detection control system is one of the most core part,which include sensor processing chip,control circuit,detection optical structure and the automatic teaching control algorithm.Photoelectric sensor with advanced detection control system provide users the best detection performance,which can automatically adjust quickly and detect steadily facing different detection environment.This paper aims at automatic teaching process of short range photoelectric sensor detection control system which has nonlinear,instantaneity,strong interference and other characteristic.It uses fuzzy control system algorithm to solve the problem that the control process can't set up a very precise mathematical model.This paper uses emitted light voltage as controlled object.It determines the fuzzy rules according to engineer's control experience in practice.And then it chooses weighted average of the fuzzy reasoning method,uses MATLAB to get fuzzy control table and validates data offline.Finally it establishes on the basis of the fuzzy PID control theory of automatic teaching control system.In the part of concrete implementation,in order to ensure accurate and rapid detection of short range photoelectric sensor,it uses ARM microcontroller control algorithm,CSP chip as core of the sensor circuit control chip,triangle measuring method based on PSD(Position Sensitive Detector)as the optical structure sensor.It achieves a new photoelectric sensor detection and control system.Through the actual test experiment,this paper compares with PID control and fuzzy PID control,the emitted light voltage curve and the response output of short range photoelectric sensor.After using fuzzy PID control,experiment shows that the accommodation time of system shortened by 50%,and overshoot dropped to 23% when detects steadily compared with the classical PID control.It also obtains the same test conclusion in these three experiment environment: use glare,black detection object and high reflectivity background object.This can prove that fuzzy PID control algorithm make short range photoelectric sensor automatic teaching efficiency,strengthen the detection precision after automatic teaching and achieve the design goal successfully.
