Developing the COS(concentratedly overseeing system) of LFON(long-distance fiber optic network) is very important for concentratedly maintaining and managing the LFON. it can greatly improve the efficiency of management and the quality of maintenance. This dissertation constructs the ODS pattern for the Web-OLAP, presents the realtime alarm technologies of fiber optic breakdown based on Push/Pull pattern, solves the realization and optimization problems for the topological graph of fiber optic network, realizes the system integration among the three layer architecture patterns. The research results have been applied to practice.In chaper 1, the research background and significance of the subject are introduced. Then the current research state of its relative technologies is presented and some faced problems during the development are analyzed. Finally, the research content and main framework of this dissertation are described briefly.In chapter 2, based on the analysis of the original systems and the comparison among the DB, ODS and DW three patterns, the "from bottom to top" technology route is adopted to build up the ODS pattern. Then the key technology problems of the building process are studied. At last the Web-OLAP system architecture on the basis of ODS is established.In chapter 3, the Push/Pull pattern is gived out for the system realtime alarm. And the file interface of the alarm data, the algorithm of alarm position based on mapping and the algorithm of alarm icon position on the topological graph are designed. After explaining the principle of network software development using the Windows Socket, the Push technology based on CSocket is adopted to push alarm event and the Pull technology based on Http to pull the alarm page.In chapter 4, according to the traditional method using the MapXtreme platform to realize the WebGIS, the new WebGIS realization model based on MapX is put forward. Then the algorithm of defensive icon position on the topological graph and the icon refresh method based on event state and icon state are designed. Lastly, thedata consistency problems of the new model are presented and solved.In chapter 5, from the point of system integration, the integrating network, software structure and software capability of the COS are analyzed. And then the system examples are introduced on the engineering applications.In chapter 6, all achievements of this dissertation are summarized and the prospect of the research is given.
