Study On Remote Working Platform Based On Internet/Intranet For Inner Logistics Management

In 21st century, under the main international environment of globalization of world's economy and rapid development of Information's network, it is possible and necessary for manufacturing enterprise to take active part in international competition and make full use of all manufacturing resource of world. So outer logistics management of enterprise becomes the very important question of inner logistics management of manufacturing enterprise. On the other hand, Various advanced manufacturing mode of 21st century need high level logistics management.At the same time, Information of enterprise is way of realizing of industrialization by information and going new type industrialization. Manufacturing's Information includes information of design and manufacturing and management and sales. Developing platform of logistics management manufacturing by Internet/Intranet is also a part of enterprise's information. In addition, E-Business will become main way of future commercial activity, but logistics is a big bottle-neck of E-Business. So it needs to cut the time of logistical distribution to make success in competition for manufacturing enterprise.Based on all above reasons, the mode of Remote Working Platform of inner logistics management for manufacturing enterprise is provided in the paper. It means that constructing the platform of logistics for manufacturing enterprise, by which customer, supplier, enterprise and its sub-organization can communication, query,track, plan on logistics management. The studying content and main conclusions ofthe paper are as follows:1 According to theory of modern logistics management and agile supply chain management, and associate with the environment of 21st century's modem manufacturing enterprise, the developing tendency of advanced manufacturing mode, and common problems of the most manufacturing enterprise in our country on logistics management. The mode of inner logistics management for manufacturing enterprise, which adapt to the developing tendency of modern logistics management, is provided.2 According to the mode of inner logistics management for manufacturing enterprise, which is provided in the paper, the remote working platform of inner logistics management in environment of information society and globalization, which based on Internet/Intranet and adapt to E-Commerce, is provided by IDEF0 modeling method and use case diagram of UML, and the paper points that the platform is the extension of ERP.3 The key technology for platform, which includes Internet/Intranet, database technology, security of network, distributed and multi-tier technology, .NET and J2EE etc, is discussed.4 with developing the SCUNC prototype system of the remote working platform for inner logistics management, which is mixing distributed and multi-tier architecture of C/S and B/S by Delphi 6, MS SQLServer2000, and ASP, the paper further proves that the mode of platform is reasonable and valuable.5 By summarizing project's advantage and disadvantage, and according to the developing trends of logistics and information technology, the tendency of the project is given by three points, which to construct the integrity remote working platform, the remote working platform based on Web Service, and realize the dynamic allay of enterprise by the platform.In one word, the study of the project has practical and theory value.
