Bilayer lipid membranes(BLM) is the perfect model as studying life phenomenon . Due to the comparability of BLM and crude bio-membrane, modifiers can be easily embedded into BLM and the BLM has the ability of selective recognition for special substance after modified. Thus, this is the reason for studying BLM as a perfect sensor membrane.Solid metal support provide BLM with the possibility of developing applied bio-sensor. But the basic study about solid metal supporting BLM exists many unknowns, it influences the practical bio-sensor development. The paper have emphasized some basic applied problems about solid metal supporting BLM and carried out some important experiments, which can be important references as sequent experiments.There are some finds during the study: the different disposal means of metal surface obviously effect the BLM overlay and electrochemistry measurement. According to former references, the nascent metal surface usually is gained by cutting , but the manner results many pits and crevices in it and the surface is so rough that can't provide lipid molecules with smooth surface to bind to the support surface. So it brings the difficulty to recur measurement and to compare the results.The thesis brings forward a new method to get more smooth surface by sand paper. It not only gains the physical contrastive datum mark, but also improves the BLM stability. Cyclic voltammetry is used to study the characteristic of BLM attached to metal surface, as the forming of BLM, the voltammetric characteristics of BLM, the selection of ion and measurement of different KI concentration. The results show that: BLM can rapidly form on the tip of the electrode and is kept for a long time; the test results can recur in the manner described and the BLM modified by \2 has the selection of iodic ion.The reasons about the new method to improve BLM stability and recurring are that minishing the surface rough and enhancing the BLM overlay.
