| As the information age has come,people store more and more information in computer. How to store,manage , extract information and share information effectively has become the focus of people. The Database and Database Manegement System is an important tool to manege information resource, database technology is the key issua in information management and computer research, It is a main field of computer science, application above per 90 can't part database technology. Recently, all kinds of new technology emerge as the times require, distributed operate technology permeate to database technology from multiple manipulation computer, and start upsurge that distributed data research and develope.First this thesis introduces the concept and theory of Distributed DB and gives a deep discussion about data fragment,distribution and DB connection etc. Base on Distributed DB System which takes the C/S Cooperated Distributed DB constructed by using Sybase in some finance bureau as an example.it also analyses the development tendency of from two-layer to three-layer or more layers architecture model(including object /component technology) based on Web. Then relating the finance bureau finance management system, the thesis illuminates its thorough implement procedure using by web distributed development environment named Sybase EA Studio of Sybase Enterprise, object component model technology of B/S model, taking Sybase EA studio developed completely by java as component server and using PowerDynamo as application server. This thesis also proposes implement strategy and solution scheme of system security problem which every database system can not avoid. Through first development and application, distributed finance management system designed based on Web approached the theory design requirement. It was proved by many operation instances that finance distributed database EA Studio is realizable and has good application and development prospect.
