With the comprehensive development of the three or more layers structure of the enterprise information system and the emergence of Web services , the new generation distributed computing model, there are more and more competitions lied in the platform, architecture and language of the enterprise application. During past several years, the platform of J2EE have kept ahead in the enterprise application, but the condition have been changing since the platform of .Net brought by the MicroSoft. Gradually the platform of .Net absorbs the attention of the IT enterprises and developers, and challenges the status of the platform of J2EE.Based on tracing the overseas advanced technology, we delve into three aspects: system platform infrastructure, three or more layers system frameworks , and analysis of transplant /performance /expanding, which exert the significant influence on the above two platforms. We do the research work which contain system framework , mainstream technology, designing and implement of distributed multilayer application system based on .NET. Combining with the development process of nuclear operation, the distribution and management, in YinHai Software Corporation as the concrete implement, we design and develop a multilayer distributed enterprise application system used in electric industry based on .NET.This paper main contents:· comparison of system framework between J2EE platform for development and .Net platform for development.· investigation on .Net: the key technique based on .Net platform for development in enterprise application system.· application case: design based on .Net platform for development anddevelopment of nuclear operation in electric industry.
