System simulation technolgy which including three activity-System modeling, Simulation modeling and Testing by simulation has almost exited 60 years, and it has been extensive used in many fields such as electric power, transportation, communications, chemical industry and nuclear power, etc. Some oversea corporations have developed special simulation software since 1970s. The development of the System Modeling and Simulation (SMS) is very rapid for 40 years and have made great progress. However, the study on SMS is later in China. Comparing with developed country, there are many basic researching works need to do. The main representation consist that the appropriative simulation softwares for power thermal system were basically fetched in. This will make against innovation and popularize of simulation technology. Accordingly,the development of simulation software which have independent knowledge property right for power station, increasing simulation technology and shortening the disparity are all important task.On the base of analyzing some kinds of integerated simulation software including MMS, using for reference the idea of modular modeling, and basising the characteristic of the thermal system, this paper rationally compartmentalized the system, established mathematics model, developed and encapsulated the models, designed all-purpose algorithm-Gear which can resolve system's rigidity,algorithm- Jacobi and subroutine for genetating new variable and big matrix. This paper also tested each model and system-the second loop of Qinshan nuclear power station(the second term),computed the balance point, tested the performance of step disturbance and runback loads for system(no adding adjustment system),analyzing the factors effecting the first tiptop rotate speed of TURB and time which the rotate speed reach the tiptop.The result of testing indicated that the trend of system's dynamic characteristic is accord with the result of theoretic analyse,and the result is reasonable,the results of system can correctly reflect the dynamic characteristic of the fact system when system fall under disturb , models or system can run in environment of all-purpose hardware and software.So,this paper perfectly completed the design for model partion of visual simulation software for power station thermal system,and made an attempt at developing the software with intellectual property.
