Research Of Information Management System For Intelligent Building Enterprise & Development Of Sub-systems Of Engineering Quotation

With the prompt development in intellectualization of domestic buildings in recent years, the engineering enterprises in intelligent construction witness new developing opportunities and challenges. It also builds up the general structure, mechanism structure for the information management system of the engineering enterprises in intellectualized constructions, and analyzes the running flow of the system.Under the guidance of the above-mentioned planning, this essay takes as an example the typical enterprise in intelligent construction industry-Chongqing Dongxin Intelligent Building Company, develops some of the system and verifies the application. Based on the research of the core technology such as system structure of three-layer application and access to ADO database, it develops the sub-system of engineering quotation in the first quarter of the information management system for engineering enterprises in intellectualized construction, and puts this sub-system into the managing of enterprises, solving problems once in the quotations from enterprises like slow response, management disorder of engineering documents and bad confidentiality ofprice information. Application shows that the system is steady, reliable, easy to operate. It greatly improves the working efficiency of the staff and achieved excellent social and economic benefits.
