The harmful gas is a serious problem,which polluted our environment. Especially the industrial emission is much more harmful to people. How to automatic continuous monitor and measurement the industrial exhaust, how to use computer to monitor and measurement it distributed and on line, make the exhaust gas reach to national standard. Which need the instrument and monitoring system.According to the Lambert-Beer principle of the material light absorption feature, this paper design a harmful measurement photoelectric system based the double wavelength UV absorption principle, which can measurement continuously and automatically. This paper brought forward a method to transfer the data by GSM network, and designed the hardware and software. In the tradition microprocessor system, use a GSM module, which provided tone, short message service, data communications, fax and so on, realized wireless data transfer. In this paper, has designed an industry chlorine concentration remote measurement system. This system has realized multi-point measurement online and can remotely control the measurement equipment. It can also used in other harmful gas online remote measurement system by use different light filter. The main tasks as follows:1. Study the harmful gas measurement base knowledge and method.2. Study the GSM network and it data services.3. Design the remote measurement system total scheme.4. Design the harmful gas measurement equipment and write the program by c51.5.
